Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns:

• Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• How to return: Email us at hello@theassemblymarket.shop to start a return. We'll send you instructions.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• Sale items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
